*Eating Healthy*>

We have to eat at least 2 serving of vegetables and fruits every day! Some unhealthy foods that children and adults like to eat is fry foods,curry fish head and many more. It is important to eat healthy so that we won't fall ill or sick. Eating unhealthy foods cause us to fall ill or sick. Eating vegetables and fruits keep us healthy. I like to eat fruits because they are sweet and sour. I like vegetables as it is very healthy. I support the school's campaign in encouraging pupils to eat more fruits and vegetables because it is healthy to everyone to eat so that they will not be ill or sick.
